Role & responsibilities Office Management : Assisting Sr. Manager HR with onboarding processes, training coordination, and administrative support. Documentation : Checking TADA Vouchers of Sales Team as per the Company Travel Policy twice in a month. Managing and organizing company accurate records, documents, and administrative databases, this may involve Maintaining, Updating and handling Company Asset and records on day-to-day basis such as Laptop, Sim Cards etc. Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination. Travel Arrangements : Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Scheduling Meeting & Coordination : Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Preparing agendas and keeping minutes for executives and other team members in the organization.
