This is client focused work, about understanding the couple's vision, interacting with them closely, coordinating with vendors, giving honest inputs and doing what is in the best interest of the client. You will need to be thoughtful, respectful and service oriented in how you work. About the role I am looking for someone who is already working in luxury hospitality and has been part of guest experience, events, or weddings. You have seen how things work on ground, you are confident with communication and you know how to carry yourself in a polished, professional setting. This is a part time role with Elsewhere Weddings where I am looking for someone who can own and lead parts of the planning process; someone I can count on to move things forward, not just assist. Someone who is excited to be part of beautiful weddings and thoughtful processes. Key responsibilities Leading specific parts of the planning process from client communication to timelines to vendor coordination Understanding the client's vision and offering advice that is thoughtful and in their best interest Being part of regular touch points and client interactions. This is a high contact role, not just backend planning Giving 2 to 3 hours a day on weekdays with flexible timing, as long as we stay aligned Working closely with me, with enough independence to run parts of the work yourself This is not A full-time role (to begin with) A training heavy position. You should already be familiar with hospitality A production heavy, decor first job. This is planning first and client first An admin only role.
