ESM (Elixir Strategic Management Pvt. Ltd.) is Elixir’s strategic and advisory arm, working at the intersection of Industrial IoT, data intelligence, full-stack platforms, and smart manufacturing . Through our Center of Excellence (CoE) programs, we partner with engineering colleges to build industry-ready talent using real problem statements, deployable projects, and mentor-led learning. We’re looking for a Full Stack Technical Mentor & Trainer who enjoys building things properly — and teaching others how to do the same. What You’ll Do You’ll mentor students to build real-world, end-to-end web applications — not toy demos. Teach core web fundamentals : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git/GitHub Deliver hands-on modules in React (Vite), Node.js, Express, REST APIs Guide database integration ( MongoDB or MySQL ) Mentor students on capstone projects (dashboards, portals, LMS tools, device management UIs, etc.) Enforce professional engineering practices : clean code, reusable components, folder structure, API contracts, auth basics Guide basic deployments : Frontend: Vercel / Netlify Backend: Render / EC2 (as per college infra) Introduce AWS fundamentals used in real projects: S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, IAM basics, CloudWatch Conduct code reviews, weekly demos, and industry-style evaluations Skills We’re Looking For Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript React , Node.js , Express , REST APIs Databases: MongoDB or MySQL , basic schema design Auth basics: JWT / sessions, role-based access (basic) Git workflows, debugging, performance basics AWS basics: IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch Basic understanding of networking & deployment issues (HTTPS, security groups) Qualifications B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc with strong development skills 1–5+ years of industry or teaching experience Strong mentoring mindset — you care about students shipping work Nice to Have UI/UX sensitivity (responsive, usable interfaces) CI/CD basics (GitHub Actions) AWS Amplify / Cognito familiarity Docker basics for packaging & deployment How Success Is Measured Students shipping working full-stack applications Code quality, documentation, demo readiness Portfolio-ready outcomes and high project completion rates Apply / Contact Siddharth Naidu siddharth.naidu@esm.co.in +91 92093 01202
