Interested candidates can share their CV on career@elitech-in.com Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad Work Place Type - Work from Office Core Technical Skills: 3-5 years of solid experience in Application Performance Management (APM), SRE, Monitoring Operations, Performance Testing (with keen interest to move to Performance Engineering) Thorough understanding of APM concepts and how they apply in real environment / deployments Understanding various application architectures and topologies that include thick client, web based, multi-tier, micro-service and service-oriented architectures Clear understanding of Key Performance Metrics / Counters / KPIs that affect performance of applications Hands on experience with deployment and usage of one or more of following Monitoring tools: Datadog, Grafana, Elastic Stack, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Riverbed, NetScout, SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine, NetData, etc. Ability to do correlative analysis and troubleshooting Big plus: Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, network design, protocols, components and their operations Big plus: Experience with packet analysis using Wireshark or similar tools General Technical Skills: Understanding of OS concepts Understanding of web application architecture and software including Web Servers (like Apache, IIS), J2EE Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and/or Operating Systems (UNIX, Windows) Big plus: Hands on with programming or scripting like Java, C, Python, Ruby, Perl, RESTful APIs, PowerShell Soft Skills: Excellent business writing / presentation skills Passion towards teamwork and contributing to a world-class Professional Services team which values quality, execution, and integrity Self-driven and curiosity to learn technically from the day-to-day exposure and experiences Role / Responsibility: Work with customers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate plan of action Analyse and understand customer’s IT organization, requirements and processes, and use this knowledge to assist in achieving full adoption and utilization of Performance Management solutions to maximize business value Perform hands on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting using available Monitoring Tools Work with Application and Network stakeholders; be part of Incident Management Team, NOC, Command Centre to handle P1/P2 incidents and provide root cause performance analysis Perform proactive analytics to identify anomaly in the environment and work with various stakeholders to showcase the findings and guide towards recommending fixes Take responsibility for quality of personal deliverables at all times Demonstrate high levels of technical expertise and experience and be a trusted advisor to the customer Create and manage positive internal relationships that are long-term focused Create and manage strong external relationships with the company’s business partners that raise profiles and awareness of personal, practice and company capabilities
