Coordinate with design, execution, and documentation teams. Update CRM/database and submit weekly sales reports. Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willing to travel frequently across the region.
Project Planning & DesignStudy site conditions and prepare basic feasibility. Coordinate system design including capacity, layout, and orientation. Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Ensure design complies with MNRE, DISCOM, and safety norms. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise structure installation, module mounting, and inverter placement. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians at site. Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site technical issues. Ensure quality of workmanship and material usage. Electrical & Technical CoordinationOversee DC and AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection. Verify inverter configuration and protection settings. Ensure proper installation of meters, isolators, and safety devices. Conduct pre-commissioning checks and testing. Project Management & ReportingPrepare daily or weekly progress reports. Track material delivery, usage, and shortages. Coordinate timelines with internal teams and clients. Support project head in meeting deadlines and cost control. Testing, Commissioning & HandoverPerform system testing and performance verification. Coordinate with DISCOM for inspection and net meter approval. Assist in final commissioning and system handover to client. Explain basic system operation and maintenance to the customer. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain as-built drawings and technical records. Support documentation for subsidy, net metering, and approvals. Ensure all work follows electrical safety standards and guidelines.
