We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in software solution sales (ERP/CRM Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce etc.). What Youll Do: Identify and generate new business opportunities. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain long-term client relationships (enterprise & mid-market). Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. What Were Looking For: Experience in software/ERP/CRM sales etc. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Proven ability to close high-value deals. Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused. Role & responsibilities We are seeking an energetic and accomplished Sales Executive to drive sales of SAP solutions and services in Bengaluru. This individual will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets. Preferred candidate profile Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and consultative engagement with clients to closing high-value deals and post-sales relationship management. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their business needs and providing bespoke SAP solutions. Conduct effective presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings with C-level decision makers, IT Heads, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with internal SAP presales teams, solution architects, and delivery/service teams to create customer-centric proposals. Stay current with SAP ecosystem trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to fine-tune sales strategies. Attend SAP and relevant industry events to strengthen sales pipeline and branding. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, meeting/exceeding assigned quotas.
