Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Draughtsman based in Malappuram. The MEP Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building and construction projects. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers, the draughtsman will ensure designs meet project standards and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also be required to revise drawings based on feedback and maintain accurate project documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software Knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC design principles Experience interpreting architectural and engineering plans Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams Time management skills to meet deadlines consistently Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is preferred Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
