Now known as Element Metallurgical service. Busy test lab for engineering material (metals) testing. Conducts a range of tests. Familiar with primarily ASTM and IS test standards/ methods. Being a busy lab, getting priority is sometimes difficult.

Pathetic customer service!!!!! No proper response on call by office team. They just receive the call & put you on hold for minutes. Sent mails to them twice & reminded via call atleast 20 times in 2 days to submit the quote for water test (test was urgently required). Still no response yet!!!

Element excellent services, No.1 testing company, staffs are well trained & helpful, i am happy with the ELEMENT
