Roles and Responsibilities Core Area DescriptionExecutive Support Manage and coordinate all communication, correspondence, and documentation on behalf of the Director including confidential and time-sensitive matters. Meetings & Follow-ups Schedule, organize, and document meetings; prepare agenda notes and minutes; track deliverables and ensure timely follow-up of action points. Calendar & Travel Management Maintain the Directors calendar, plan daily schedules, and organize all travel logistics (tickets, hotels, cars, visas) for domestic and international trips. Office Coordination Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of office and project tasks. Documentation & Recordkeeping Draft letters, take dictation, prepare professional correspondence, and maintain a well-organized filing and record system (including safekeeping of important agreements). Administrative Support Handle general office administration and assist in personal or professional tasks as may be required by the Director from time to time. Confidentiality & Discretion Maintain complete confidentiality in all professional dealings and act as the communication bridge with maturity and integrity.
