Electrical Technician

Role & responsibilities

1.Review of control, P&I diagrams, Instruments list, Flow chart and Electrical diagram.

2. Preventive Maintenance with Check list and Scheduled. Calibration of Field instruments as

per Schedule and plant requirement.

3. Maintaining master data sheet, ensuring safe and efficient performance of instruments and

devices.

4. Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.

5. Inventory and stock management with Projects and CAPEX budget planning and execution.

6. Analysis and implementing cost saving of power, steam and water.

7. MIS and Expenditure report generation for smooth plant operation. Conducting Daily and

Maintenance review meeting.

8. Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms

of maintenance cost and energy consumption., Process control systems, and maintenance

of HT Transformers, Generators, Air compressors, Chilling plants, Cooling tower,

electrical motors, starters, WTP and ETP and RO plant.

9. Responsible to reduce the downtime of machines and to increase availability of

machines for production, improve multi skill for the technicians, optimize the water

and power consumption.

10. To improve the machine efficiency and same as involve the TPM activity.
