Electrical Technician

Role Overview: As an Electrician, your main responsibility will be to install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and components. You will diagnose electrical problems using diagrams, schematics, and testing devices, and repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Additionally, you will be assembling, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures. It will be your duty to perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. You will also maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, support installation and commissioning of new machinery or systems, and read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
