Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Power Project Manager to lead and manage electrical power projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and cost efficiency in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical power projects, including substations, transmission lines, and electrical EPC works.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage project documentation, billing, client approvals, and progress meetings.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and timely resolution of site issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical power projects, preferably in EPC, substations, or transmission lines.
• Strong project planning, execution, budgeting, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, project documentation, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent client coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
