Electrical System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, motors, generators, transformers, and other relevant equipment. 2. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose electrical malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions promptly. This includes analyzing circuits, wiring, and components to identify faults and replace or repair damaged parts as needed. 3. Equipment Calibration: Ensure all electrical equipment is calibrated accurately and functioning correctly. This involves using specialized tools and equipment to perform tests and validate the accuracy of various electrical systems. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts replacement. Generate reports on maintenance status, equipment performance, and energy consumption. 5. Equipment Upgrades and Modifications: Collaborate with the engineering team to evaluate and implement electrical equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvements. This includes staying up to date with the latest technology advancements in electrical systems. 6. Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to all electrical safety guidelines and protocols. Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize electrical hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. 7. Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators regarding electrical systems and equipment. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance overall electrical system operations and reliability. 8. Spare Parts Inventory: Maintain an inventory of electrical spare parts and ensure availability when needed. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to source and procure necessary spare parts. 9. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in electrical maintenance processes, procedures, and systems. Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maintenance effectiveness. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications in electrical systems maintenance are advantageous. 2. Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. 3. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting methods. Proficiency in using electrical tools, test equipment, and software for analysis and reporting. 4. Safety Compliance: Familiarity with relevant safety codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., National Electrical Code). Demonstrated ability to mitigate electrical hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols. 5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions effectively. Experience with root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures is desirable. 6. PLC Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions in Logic control circuits of Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi Controls. 7. Teamwork and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, convey technical information concisely, and provide guidance to technicians and operators. 8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands. Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available for on-call support when necessary. Key Skill Set: CNC Electrical Maintenance PLC Logic - Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi Panel Wiring Electrical Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance CNC Breakdown Maintenance - Makino, Brother, Fanuc Robodrill, AMS, DMG& SPM MTBF & MTTR Skills to Evaluate: CNC Electrical Maintenance Panel Wiring Daily Routine Maintenance Activities Breakdown Analysis in CNC Machines CNC - Fanuc, Siemens Controller Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical principles, circuitry, and electrical control systems Experience working with AC/DC motors, PLCs, motor CNC Maintenance and variable frequency drives Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
