Role & responsibilities

Customer complaint handling
Coordination with Authorised service centres
Coordinate warranty complaints with all India Customers, Field Service Engineers & Authorised Service Centres for Switchgear range of products ( LV panels, breakers, contactors, bus trunking, capacitors etc.)

Mention : your current CTC in your mail

Preference : dynamic & passionate people with good communication skills.
