Electrical Engineer & Mechanical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

* Handle production machinery and reduce downtime through proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedule.

* Oversee Utility systems

* Perform rapid electircal and mechanical troubleshooting on complex manufacturing and packaging equipment to resolve breakdowns efficiently.

* Root cause Analysis for equipment failures to prevent recurring issues.

* Ensure all maintenance and engineering documentation complies with GMP, Data integrity and audit readiness standards.

* Better coordination with all departments and vendors

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidates who have worked in an OSD plant will be an added advantage (Familiarity with Granulation, Compression, Capsules,Coating equipments like FBD, Blending, Blister packing and CVC bottle packing

*Prior experience with regulatory audits like US FDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP
