Job Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for electrical and electronics design, component

selection, panel assembly, wiring, and commissioning of manufacturing machines.

• Candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical schematics, BOMs, cable

schedules, panel layouts, and assembly documentation.

• Candidate will be responsible for integrating sensors, actuators, motors, drives,

PLCs, and embedded controllers.

• Candidate will be responsible for electrical testing, troubleshooting, interlock

verification, and machine commissioning.

• Candidate will be responsible for coordinating vendors, technicians, material

availability, and installation activities.

• Candidate will be responsible for firmware integration, basic code troubleshooting,

and machine performance testing.

• Candidate will be responsible for ensuring machine safety, GMP compliance,

documentation, and maintenance accessibility.

• Candidate will be responsible for preparing as-built drawings, test reports,

troubleshooting guides, and handover documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have a BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,

Instrumentation, or a related discipline with 48 years of experience in machine

building, electrical manufacturing, or commissioning.

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical schematics, control panels,

drives, sensors, and troubleshooting.

• Candidate should have working knowledge of embedded programming (C/C++),

firmware integration, PLCs, and communication protocols.

• Candidate should have experience in electrical BOM preparation, vendor

coordination, testing, and documentation.

• Candidate should have knowledge of machine safety, electrical isolation, and GMP

manufacturing requirements.

• Candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical, food, packaging, or process

machinery (preferred).
