Electric Vehicle Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deliver classroom and practical training on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology to
ITI students. Explain EV fundamentals, vehicle architecture, battery systems, motors,controllers, and charging systems. Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions using EV labequipment. Provide basic training on Battery Management Systems (BMS), powerelectronics, and automotive electrical systems. Demonstrate basic EV maintenance, fault identification, troubleshooting, andsafety procedures. Assist in developing training presentations, practical exercises, assignments,and assessment materials. Support Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI instructors and faculty, asrequired. Assist ITI colleges in utilizing EV lab equipment and conducting practicalsessions effectively. Evaluate student learning outcomes through practical assessments, tests, anddemonstrations. Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and other project-relateddocumentation. Keep training content updated with relevant EV technologies and industrypractices.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on EV or related fields.
• Strong understanding of BMS, MOTOR, Controller, EV fundamentals
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging educational materials such as tutorials, videos, podcasts etc.
