The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, providing sales training, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks will include identifying market opportunities, creating campaigns, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide Training and support to the sales team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience in the relevant industry is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
