Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and design aesthetics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in graphic design software and possess basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. You'll collaborate with our marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and brand-consistent materials including: Social media posts Presentations Brochures/ Flyers Other marketing and branding collaterals Create graphics as per briefs provided by your reporting manager. Develop illustrations, logos, and custom designs using software or hand-drawn techniques. Study design briefs and understand project requirements thoroughly. Conceptualize creative visuals that align with brand and marketing goals. Prepare rough drafts, receive feedback, and iterate quickly. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including style standards on fonts, colors, and imagery. Stay updated with the latest design trends, visual techniques, and creative tools. Assist with basic video editing tasks, such as cutting, transitions, animations, and titles using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Required Skills: Proficient in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for short-form video editing Strong visual design sense and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: Understanding of social media trends and digital formats Illustration skills or a unique creative style Must have a laptop with a strong internet connection.
