As we scale our presence across the western region, we’re looking for Technical Sales Executives who are fluent in both the language of rubber compounds and strategic business development. 🌍 What We Do: Trusted partner to leading rubber processors and manufacturers across India. Product portfolio includes specialty synthetic rubber, additives, and performance chemicals. Network of 5 strategically located warehouses. Regional offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai. 👤 The Role: This is not just sales. It’s techno-commercial stewardship—helping clients improve performance, reduce cost, and innovate faster. What you'll do: Build, nurture, and expand customer relationships in the rubber manufacturing sector. Offer on-ground and virtual product consultation, backed by a deep understanding of technical formulations. Translate complex material science into practical value for processors and manufacturers. Collaborate with our in-house application experts to co-create solutions. Map competitor activity, assess market shifts, and feed insights back to our innovation pipeline. Own the sales cycle from pitch to close—online and offline. ✅ What You Bring: 2–5 years of technical sales experience in the rubber or allied industries. A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent technical field. Confidence in discussing compounds, additives, processing techniques.
