Description We are seeking a fluent English-speaking executive / Team Lead for our night shift operations in India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking to launch their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of executives during the night shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Communicate with clients and stakeholders in the USA during their daytime hours, addressing any queries or concerns. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve productivity and quality of service. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics to senior management. Skills and Qualifications Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work night shifts, aligning with USA business hours. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
