work-from-office5-dayRole & responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MEAN stack. Provide architectural direction and ensure the alignment of development efforts with business goals. Software Development: Ability to build scalable new product ab-initio in close collaboration with Product Management team. Oversee end-to-end development, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards. System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases. Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure system reliability and uptime. Team Collaboration: Building a team of competent engineers by actively participating in the interview process & coordinating with the HR Team based on requirements. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster skill development and a culture of technical excellence. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all software solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements of the BFSI industry. Implement best practices for secure coding, data protection, and risk mitigation. Innovation and Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in MEAN stack development and BFSI-specific technologies. Evaluate new tools, libraries, and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node/Node.js with hands-on exposure to building enterprise-grade applications. Proficient in RESTful API design and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong database management skills (SQL and NoSQL). *This is a work from office role (5 day work week) based in Andheri, Mumbai.
