i have 4 orders in this month with ecom express, but after 100 of calls and mails order not picked up. no support from elanic or ecom. they also not transfering my selling payment in my account. thinking to complain in consumer court.

Elanic is best app to Shop. I have got my products delivered on time. And even Customer Support is also awesome and best. They will resolve our issue on time and there is no delay in response.

I wonder why they do not resolve issues and continuously downgrading their services. I had a very good hope from this app but its been so long and seems they are not interested in improving. They dont answer emails now, no matter what! Gradually every part of app becoming pathetic!
