Role Description This is a full-time office role for the Head of the Technical Department, based in Mulund, Mumbai. The Head of Technical Department will oversee and manage technical operations for the Real Estate projects pan India undertaken by Eksna for various financial instiutions and AIFs. Responsibilities include Cost to Complete assessment, Quality Assurance, Cost Certification, Approval Compliance, Variance assessment of Budgeted Vs Actual Cost and managing team of engineers at project site. The role will also focus on delivering innovative solutions while fostering collaboration across departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civl) and Member of RICS. Prior exposure to real estate; worked with Real Estate Developer/Contractors and/or Technical Agencies Project Management skills to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of Real Estate projects Excellent communication, Team management and leadership abilities
