Job Role & Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Executive at Ekaya, you will be the face of the brand, creating a warm and engaging customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales & Targets Identify prominent niche luxury wellness tores, departmental hubs, health boutique zones, in-mall stores Drive in-store sales and meet monthly targets Upsell and cross-sell relevant products (e.g., gift kits, seasonal offers) Promote new launches and limited editions Visual Merchandising & Stock Maintain product displays as per brand aesthetics Refill shelves, track inventory levels, and report stock shortages Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines Customer Experience & Feedback Record customer feedback and preferences Maintain a client database and encourage repeat visits Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Product Knowledge Stay updated with detailed information on all Ekaya SKUs, especially ingredients, shelf life, packaging, and usage Attend regular product training and rituals workshops Do random store visits and audits to check presence of brand at prominent shelves inside store Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Retail, Wellness, Ayurveda, or Cosmetology Experience: 1–3 years in a similar customer-facing role (wellness, beauty, organic, or premium retail sectors preferred) Skills: Good verbal communication in English or Hindi, grasp of both languages will be an added advantage though we prefer pure Hindi speaking associates with good command over the National Language. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in : Tier-2 (B) : Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Guwahati. Tier-3 (C) : Jamshedpur, Rourkela, Durgapur. You will oversee daily sales operations, retailer selection, order collectiom, payments and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include lead generation, nurturing retailer relationships via meets, roadshows, dealer meets, identifying opportunities for channel sales, and supporting sales processes to drive business growth. You will represent the Ekaya brand while ensuring positive client experiences and building strong customer connections. Qualifications Strong skills in FMCG/BEAUTY/WELLNESS/LIFESTYLE Sales, Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with clients and provide support. Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and streamline processes. Proficiency in Channel Sales to collaborate with partners and distributors efficiently. Proactive and target-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Prior experience in the FMCG/Wellness/Beauty & Lifestyle industry Product Sales is mandatory.
