The individual will oversee and manage regional operations, including coordinating with team members, monitoring project progress, ensuring objectives are met, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include supervising field activities, providing mentorship to team members, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Management and leadership skills, including team coordination, planning, and supervision Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and maintaining operational records Familiarity with regional development practices and willingness to work on-site Ability to adapt in dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Management, Community Development, or related field; prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
