Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and experienced Insurance Sales Managers to lead the acquisition and distribution of Outpatient Department (OPD) health insurance products across various regions in India. This role includes managing DSAs, building strong partner networks, driving OPD product awareness, and ensuring effective client education and claims servicing. Key Responsibilities Sales & Distribution Drive the sales of OPD-focused insurance products across assigned territories. Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of DSAs, POSPs, brokers, and channel partners. Develop partnerships with healthcare institutions such as clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies. Product & Claims Awareness Promote awareness of OPD claim benefits among clients and partners. Train DSAs, agents, and distributors on product USPs and claims procedures. Coordinate with the claims team for smooth servicing and timely resolution of issues. Team & DSA Management Build and manage regional sales teams and a strong DSA network. Track performance and provide guidance to achieve sales targets. Implement and monitor incentive schemes and productivity metrics. Market Development Identify and develop new markets for OPD insurance solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
