We’re Hiring: Operations Intern 📍 Location: Pune 🕹️ Type: On-site | 4-Month Paid Internship → Full-Time Role Overview Join us at India’s premier gaming hub and be part of daily café operations, events, and community-building. This role is perfect for someone who loves gaming, enjoys interacting with people, and wants hands-on experience in running an esports venue. Key Responsibilities Café Operations · Assist walk-in customers and manage gaming station setups · Guide players across PC, console, VR, and sim racing setups · Manage bookings, session timings, and basic troubleshooting · Maintain café ambience, merchandise setup, and stock checks Event Support · Support execution of daily/weekly tournaments & mini-events · Handle registrations, leaderboard updates, and player coordination · Capture event highlights & behind-the-scenes moments Content Support (Bonus Area) · Shoot quick clips of café vibes, gameplay reactions, and events · Assist with reels, stories, captions, and engagement activities · Support influencer sessions or livestreams when needed Who Should Apply · Students passionate about gaming, esports, or operations · Good communication and people-handling skills · Basic familiarity with gaming hardware & platforms · Bonus Skills: Instagram/Reels, CapCut/Canva, OBS, DSLR, or meme page experience Why Join Us · Hands-on experience in a fast-growing gaming & esports environment · Exposure to events, influencers, tournaments, and café operations · Clear pathway to full-time employment based on performance How to Apply 📧 Email your resume: management@eikasia.gg 🎮 Bonus: Share a reel, gameplay clip, or meme you’ve created
