Position Overview EHS Project Lead (Hybrid) We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EHS Project Lead to oversee environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our facilities in Tamil Nadu. This is a critical role that requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Location: Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹7–8 LPA + Travel & Food Allowance Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of 10+ EHS professionals Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies ISO System Implementation : Implement and monitor ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems Safety Oversight: Conduct safety audits, training programs, and risk assessments Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on safety matters Reporting & Communication: Report directly to the Head – EHS/ Director Mandatory Requirements B.E. ( Fire & Safety or any specialization) M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety/Safety Engineering OR PDIS from RLI/CLI ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Minimum 4–5 years, preferably in a manufacturing setup Proven experience in leading teams and EHS projects Proficiency in the local Tamil language Preferred Requirements NEBOSH Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple site-level safety initiatives Company Overview The Catalyst Group is a premier global Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability consultancy trusted by clients to manage their most challenging Health, Safety and Environment Issues.
