Position Overview EHS Project Lead (Hybrid) We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EHS Project Lead to oversee environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our facilities in Tamil Nadu. This is a critical role that requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Location: Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹7–8 LPA + Travel & Food Allowance Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of 10+ EHS professionals Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies ISO System Implementation : Implement and monitor ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems Safety Oversight: Conduct safety audits, training programs, and risk assessments Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on safety matters Reporting & Communication: Report directly to the Head – EHS/ Director Mandatory Requirements B.E.
