Research healthcare practices, specialties, and competitors. Maintain updated contact lists and CRM records. Meet daily call volume, lead generation, and monthly sales targets. Track conversion metrics and report daily/weekly progress. Update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Excellent spoken English with neutral or American-accent clarity. Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Basic understanding of: Medical Billing & Coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AR Follow-ups & Denial Management Insurance Types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) Willingness to learn healthcare compliance (HIPAA). Experience in B2B sales / cold calling preferred. Ability to pitch services confidently. MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting. Email & VoIP calling tools. 1–1.5 years in US Healthcare Sales / Medical Billing Sales. Experience selling medical billing, coding, or healthcare IT services is a plus.
