Company Description EGC Properties is a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, operating at the intersection of property marketing, investor communication, and digital media. We run high-velocity campaign cycles, frequent launches, and continuous content production across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. What you’ll do • End-to-end content creation across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • High-quality video editing for ads, property tours, events, and campaigns • On-site shoots during launches, events, and agent content sessions • Storyboarding, scripting, and creative concepting • Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms • Producing agency-level deliverables under fast turnarounds • Coordinating with the marketing team for ad-ready assets What we’re looking for • Mandatory: Prior experience working in a media agency, production house, or digital agency • Strong videography and editing foundation • Ability to create platform-native short-form content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) • Demonstrated creative judgement: pacing, storytelling, hook selection • Portfolio that proves range + speed + quality • Comfortable with on-ground shoots and handling talent • Ready to relocate to Dubai and work in a hybrid model Qualifications • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Canva • Strong copywriting and caption-writing abilities • Understanding of social-first content strategy and performance insights • Ability to work with briefs, scripts, and brand guidelines • High attention to detail and ability to self-edit • Strong communication and time-management discipline Benefits • Competitive salary + performance bonuses • Hybrid working structure in Dubai • Work directly on high-visibility real-estate campaigns and exclusive launches • Multicultural, fast-paced environment with steep learning curve • Clear growth path as the content department expands
