WE ARE A SALON RETAIL CHAIN HOUSE LOOKING TO HIRE A FASHION PHOTOGRAPHER. OUR REQUIREMENT IS AS FOLLOWS: HAVE BACKGROUND IN THE FASHION AND FASHION AGGREGATOR (MYNTRA, AMAZON, FLIPKART ETC) INDUSTRY Do product shoots and model shoots (both still and videos) Do photo and video editing Take photographs and videos based on e-commerce, conceptual and lifestyle photography Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the concept Capture and process images until you achieve desired results Shoot poses that don’t look posed Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc) Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications Direct participants Archive photographic images and maintain a database Take professional pictures in a studio or on location Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs Review sets of photographs and select the best results Operate various photographic equipment such as single-lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting Qualifications for Photographer Associate's or bachelor's degree in photography art preferred Proven experience as a photographer in theFASHION industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting Strong creative presence and artistic flair Customer focus with a desire to over-deliver on quality Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job WORK TIMINGS AND DAYS MONDAY TO SATURDAY 2 PM TO 7:30 PM PLEASE NOTE: We're not accepting any work from home candidates at the moment. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Salon Manager to be responsible for handling our multiple Salon's day-to-day operations. One has to be self motivated and self driven attitude. one has to do supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our product and services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. Ultimately, you'll help boost client satisfaction and increase our revenues.You will also monitor recruitment and work as a bridge communicating between managers of the other salons. Responsibilities and Duties Organising employees shifts, considering peak times and seasonality. Team management eg. discipline/motivation/conflict resolution/innovative ideas/tips and inputs to increase the business. Daily staff meetings. Clients service satisfaction and complaint resolutions. Oversee daily salon operations, Finding Beauticians and Hairstylists and send for trial(interview), as needed. Conduct regular stock checking and identify the products to order and prepare Product Order sheet Keep a track of products received and maintain the consumption and retail product records Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations. Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards as per Toni & Guy Maintain staff attendance records and working schedules. Receive payments from clients and track all transactions Keep updated records of costs and revenues Daily deposit the cash in the bank Train the technical staffs for cross selling of services & products. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role. Good knowledge of beauty and hair treatments and products. Basic bookkeeping knowledge and Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle customer’s requests and complaints with grace. Good knowledge of MS excel.
