The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, specifically in the solar energy sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for solar products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential clients in the solar energy sector. • Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations. • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solar solutions (rooftop solar systems,solar panels, inverters, etc.). • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities. • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management. • Work closely with the project and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth projectexecution. Key Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in field sales, specifically in solar sales. Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. o Knowledge of solar products, systems, and services. o Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally. o Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. • Languages: Fluency in local language is preferred.
