Candidate profile Education: B.Sc. or B.Tech in Computer Science (or related field) Experience: Fresh graduate / < 1 year of industry experience Portfolio: Public GitHub profile with at least two full‑stack projects demonstrating both front‑ and back‑end skills What you’ll do Front end: Craft responsive UIs with React (or similar), Tailwind/Bootstrap, and basic TypeScript. Back end: Design REST/GraphQL endpoints with Django REST, FastAPI, or Flask; write clean, well‑tested Python. Data & infra: Work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Dockerise services, and deploy to AWS/GCP/Render. Version control & CI/CD: Manage code on GitHub; create pull requests, run automated tests, and help maintain a lightweight CI pipeline. Rapid learning: Evaluate new libraries, frameworks, or APIs and integrate them quickly when they add value. Collaboration: Thrive in an async, remote‑first environment—daily stand‑ups on Slack, tasks in Jira/Linear, thorough code reviews.
