Experience: 2 years Education: Bachelor's / Masters Role: Business Development Executive Location: New Delhi (On-site) Type: Full-Time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting meetings with corporate clients on behalf of the Eecore LED division, presenting our LED solutions, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure successful client acquisition and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in B2B sales, preferably within the LED or related industries. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management Strong understanding of LED display technologies and Digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to conduct market research and create sales strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Experience in technology, AV, or visual display industries is an advantage
