Key Responsibilities Edit and produce a variety of video formats including: Long-form YouTube videos (2–3 minutes) Short-form content such as YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels Sample videos or snippets for promotional or creative testing purposes Enhance raw footage using color correction, sound design, transitions, and visual effects. Maintain a consistent brand style and storytelling approach across all content. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to meet deadlines and deliver videos that meet project objectives. Stay updated on current editing trends, social media formats, and visual best practices. Required Skills & Software Expertise Proficiency in at least two or more of the following video editing tools: Adobe Express — for quick, social-first edits and templates. DaVinci Resolve — for professional-grade editing and color correction. VN Editor — for mobile-friendly, fast turnaround edits. CapCut — for dynamic short-form content and social media videos. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience editing content for YouTube and Instagram. Ability to adapt editing style to different content types (educational, promotional, cinematic, etc.). Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm. Basic knowledge of sound design, music syncing, and subtitle creation. Access to a system capable of handling HD and 4K video editing.
