I had a good experience with Edwise. From the time of shortlisting and deciding the university, till the visa process, they have been very helpful. My councilor, Syeda was very understanding. She even connected me with the university deligate which helped in clearing my queries. I'm really thankful for Edwise for their support.

Overall experience is very good. Syeda mam was very supportive and she was too patient in answering all my questions and helped me in clearing all my doubts. The procedure went well and she has made my work smoother from applying for Universities to securing visa.

Has some of the most ignorant counselors. Don't even follow up with the clients once the admission process has started. Won't respond to texts and don't pick calls. We as clients should tell them what's going on. I have proof of the counselor not responding to my texts or calls and then not following up either.
