Role Overview: We are seeking a young, energetic, and sales-oriented Centre Manager who can take ownership of centre growth, sales, and operations . The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in education or EdTech sales , possess leadership qualities, and be comfortable working from scratch in a start-up environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct college visits, seminars, roadshows, and presentations to promote Eduvise programs and generate leads. Build strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and student communities . Lead and motivate the counselling/admissions team to meet enrolment and revenue targets. Drive sales performance through team coordination, strategy planning, and on-ground execution. Manage day-to-day centre operations , ensuring smooth functioning and student satisfaction. Execute local marketing activities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Work closely with management to develop and implement growth strategies .
