Python Trainer – Job Description Position: Python Trainer / Instructor Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (On-site/Hybrid as per requirement) Department: Training & Academics Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Role Overview Educkshetra is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Python Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and corporate trainees. The trainer should have strong hands-on expertise in Python programming and the ability to teach concepts from basics to advanced real-time applications, including industry use cases. Key Responsibilities Training & Delivery Deliver instructor-led training on Core Python, Advanced Python, OOP, File Handling, Modules, etc. Teach industry-essential topics like: Python for Data Science NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib Python for Web Development (Flask/Django optional) Python for Automation & Scripting API handling (Requests, JSON) Provide hands-on exercises, coding challenges, and real-time project assignments. Curriculum Development Prepare training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and project documentation. Continuously update course content as per the latest trends in Python and related technologies. Coordinate with the Academic Head to align Python curriculum with industry standards. Student Support Assist learners with doubt clarification, coding issues, and project guidance. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and provide performance feedback. Mentor students to build a strong logical coding foundation. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain attendance, report session progress, and ensure completion of modules on time. Prepare exam questions, project reviews, and evaluation reports. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Python (3.x) fundamentals and advanced concepts. Experience with: OOP, Exceptions, File Handling Modules & Packages Virtual Environments Database Connectivity (MySQL/MongoDB) REST API integration Data Science libraries (preferred) Familiarity with Git, VS Code, Jupyter Notebook. Teaching & Soft Skills Ability to explain concepts in simple and structured way. Excellent communication (English & Malayalam). Patience and passion for teaching. Good problem-solving and real-time coding demonstration ability. Qualifications MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 1–3 years experience in Python development or teaching. Freshers with strong Python skills and teaching passion can also apply. Preferred (Good-to-Have) Experience in Data Science / Machine Learning. Exposure to Django/Flask, Cloud (AWS/GCP), or Automation. Ability to handle competitive programming sessions.
