Educational Counsellor

• Student Counseling:Guiding students and their parents through the selection of educational programs, answering questions, and addressing concerns about courses and institutions.
• Lead Management:Responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to nurture leads and follow up on potential enrollments.
• Sales Closing:Understanding student needs, presenting suitable programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process to achieve sales targets.
• Relationship Building:Building rapport with prospective students to foster a positive experience and encourage enrollment.

• Collaboration:Working with the marketing team to improve lead quality and with other team members to optimize the sales process.
• Achieving Targets:Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets related to student enrollment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,399.56 - ₹40,489.82 per month
