Job Title: Education Counselor Location: Bandra, Mumbai Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Female Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Experience : 05-03 We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Education Counselor to join our team in Bandra . The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, have strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of academic pathways. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding educational and career opportunities. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and institutions. Assist students in application procedures, visa processes (if applicable), and documentation. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and student feedback. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective students. Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams for seamless student onboarding. Key Requirements: Female candidates only. Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education, Psychology, or Counseling preferred). Prior experience in education counseling or a similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Friendly, patient, and student-focused personality.
