Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students via outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals. Advise students on suitable undergraduate/postgraduate courses that align with their career aspirations. Manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to successful enrollment and post-admission support. Build rapport and trust through genuine consultation and need-based recommendations. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or MBA preferred). 0.6 to 2 years of experience in EdTech sales/admission counseling/business development. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
