We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Student Counselors to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students interested in personality development, career, or job-oriented courses. Regularly communicate with students via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide guidance and support. Counsel and assist students in selecting appropriate courses aligned with their goals. Maintain and manage student records, follow-ups, and conversion tracking. Exhibit strong convincing and communication skills to help students make informed decisions. Maintain professionalism and etiquette during all interactions. Demonstrate fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken). Use MS Word, Excel, and internet tools efficiently for reporting and communication. Stay organized, proactive, and result-oriented in daily tasks. Resolve academic queries with patience and clarity. Manage day-to-day telephonic interactions effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred. 0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service. Interns and freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
