Job Title: Counsellor& LeadCounsellor The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities:- Responsible for making calls (Inbound and Outbound) Counselling & converting inquiries into admissions. Follow up with the Leads till closure Responsible to achieve targets Follow up with students via emails, phone and calls Cold calling Regular follow-ups Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criteria Experience: 1+yrs experience in educational counselling Skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Min. 1+ yrs of experience in counselling Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
