Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads for ET TECH X – our flagship B2B event in the education sector. The role involves identifying potential exhibitors and sponsors, conducting outreach, following up, negotiating, and closing deals. Additionally, the candidate will maintain a structured and up-to-date database of leads and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads of potential exhibitors , sponsors , and education solution providers . Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers. Present event value propositions effectively and tailor communication to suit various business types. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools or Excel. Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for senior management where required. Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel. Handle objections, negotiate pricing and deliverables, and close deals. Maintain and update lead data sheets and sales reports accurately. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for client onboarding. Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to revenue, calls, and conversions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales , telecalling , or B2B sales . Experience in events/exhibitions or EdTech is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking. Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
