For this project, we are looking for a Full-stack Developer who can contribute across the stack—covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure—to deliver concrete milestones with clear outcomes. Role Description Our platform consists of 6 main feature groups: • 5 core tabs (Home, Research, Post, DM, User Profile) • 1 notification tab You will be responsible for developing and delivering these feature groups from end to end (architect, code, test, deploy, monitor). Each feature group is treated as one milestone with its own deliverables. 👉 Each feature group must be delivered within 10 days. Expected tasks per feature group include: • Build modern, performant user interfaces using React and React Native • Implement secure and scalable APIs with Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript) • Containerize and deploy apps with Docker for consistency across environments • Write infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible) to manage AWS resources • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon quality, performance, and security standards • Collaborate asynchronously via Slack, GitHub, and project management tools to meet milestones Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience ★Only Senior Level • Strong skills in React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript • Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs • Experience working on both mobile and web applications • Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD, code reviews, and TDD • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Engagement Details • Type: Project-based contract • Duration: Estimated 12 weeks (with possibility of extension for further milestones) • Compensation: USD 500 per feature group (total 6 groups = USD 3,000) • Delivery timeline: Each feature must be completed within 10 days • Location: Remote

Responsibilities • Design and document UI/UX interactions and transitions • Modify and improve core product features using Figma • Create and maintain a simple design system (colors, typography, spacing, reusable components) • Design App Store screenshots and visual assets • Design Landing Pages aligned with the product brand • Prepare clean, structured Figma files for developer handoff Required Experience • Hands-on experience using Figma on real or near-production projects • Experience designing mobile app UI including interactions • Basic experience creating or maintaining design systems • Ability to explain design decisions clearly and logically • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating accurately ❗ This role is not suitable for complete beginners.
