Key Responsibilities Utilize existing client relationships to generate business and expand the company’s footprint in India. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with high-value customers. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize revenue and market penetration. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations to potential clients. Manage the creation and maintenance of sales-related documentation , including contracts, proposals, and reports. Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring long-term business sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in B2B sales within software services, IT solutions, or a related field. A strong portfolio of existing clients with a demonstrated history of revenue generation. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills . Ability to work independently & lead a team, drive business growth, and meet ambitious sales targets. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Sales & Marketing 3+ years of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Experience with CRM platforms for lead management and pipeline tracking. Ability to create and manage presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides for client pitches. Familiarity with email automation tools for outreach and follow-ups. Comfortable handling financial calculations such as pricing, discount structures, and revenue forecasting. Knowledge of document collaboration tools for proposal drafting and contract management. Understanding of digital communication platforms for client coordination and internal collaboration.
