The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex, data-driven projects, collaborating with global customers, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. A solid understanding of project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills to manage client expectations effectively. Experience in the telecom or fibre domain will be considered a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data management, analytics, and BI projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and project alignment. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and business units to ensure project milestones are met. Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to internal and client stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance processes, and documentation requirements. Support pre-sales discussions, project estimation, and resource planning as needed. Stay updated on emerging data technologies, tools, and industry trends to guide project strategy. Requirements 8–10 years of total experience, with a strong focus on data and analytics projects. Proven experience managing global customers and cross-cultural teams. Strong understanding of data management, BI, ETL, and analytics delivery lifecycles. Experience working in the telecom or fibre domain is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.
