A good company with great people and products. There is a pay and park facility before the main entrance of the building. Reception people are very courteous and quick. Office is clean.

Don't hv any staff to guide whom to talk. You hv to wait for long period in lobby n then they ll sent u up there too u hv too wait. N after that they ll tell u to come next day . Waste of time n no proper service utterly disgusting.

My cousin purchased a MyLife+ policy from Edelweiss Tokio and recommended the same to me. I've gone through the entire policy brochure along with those of a few other companies. I guess they are offering the best policy in terms of value …

Worst company every... Jst fake commitment.. N one u pay the amount there work is over. They don't care about client. They jst want money. And all the positive reviews are written by there own staff. There should be negative start marking.

Has anybody dealt with Edelweiss Tokio Life before? I have heard that their customer service is one of the best in the insurance industry. I plan to buy their online endowment plan called Wealth Builder. It seems to be a good buy in terms of features and cost.

Very irritating Staffs they are eager to collect amount thats it after that it's your head ache and your time waste to catch them for clarifications to get the policy bond you need to suffer a lot, Very bad experience i have with this …
